Community supports a number of groups within the NSPCC that provide guidance and advice on equalities issues.
These groups include:
PINC (Pride in NSPCC's Colleagues)
A support group for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender people. This group advocates not just for the NSPCC to adopt best practice on LGBT issues but also operates as a support group for staff struggling with these isssues.DDRAG (Deaf and Disabled Rights Action Group)
