Community Union has developed regional branch structures to serve as a framework for NSPCC employees to organise within.
These new branches will not affect how the Union responds to individual issues, whether disciplinary or grievance hearings. However, these regional forums will serve as the place to raise issues at a regional and national level.
This is particularly important as the issues raised within the regional forums will be taken forward to Joint national Committee meetings. The JNC allows your representatives to meet directly with NSPCC management to discuss issues.
