A Community member was shop manager of a Corals betting shop.
When management refurbished the shop they forced our member to apply for his own job.
He did not get the Job and management made him relief manager of two other betting shops, which he could not do due to his disability.
Community raised a grievance and got turned down so we appealed and won and he was reinstated in his original job.
