Community advocates on behalf of our members for social justice in local councils, regional assemblies and the national and European parliament
Community provides political representation for the interests of our members throughout Britain and Europe.
This has lead Community to campaign for Social Justice across the country.
The support from our members has allowed Community to continue campaigning when other organisations had given up. However, by continuing to pursue the rights of our members, Community has managed to achieve substantial victories.
Pensions
Community engaged in a 51/2 year campaign to protect the pensions of Community members when their employers went bust leaving them with no pension.
After taking the British Government to the European Court of Justice, Community forced the Government to commit £12 Billion to protect the pensions of working people.
