We have 9 members of staff – 3 employment law advisors, 3 legal advisors and 3 membership advisors

- Employment Law Advice to members and immediate family regarding workplace issues e.g. contracts, pay, terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, working hours, holiday and leave entitlements etc.
- Representation via branch secretaries and/or full time officers
- Health and safety advice to members

- Free 24 hour emergency telephone support service for urgent criminal issues– 0800 916 9002

- Reduced cost ‘personal legal services’ for members – e.g. conveyancing, probate and family legal issues
