Russel Brown MP and Elaine Murray MSP launched the campaign in their Dumfries and Galloway Constituencies.
The launch took place in Dumfries lFriday, 6th March, 2008 and members' motions supporting the campaign have been lodged in both the Scottish and UK Parliaments.
The campaign has the support and backing of the Scottish TUC, Retailers Against Crime, Scottish Government Safer Scotland Campaign and the Health & Safety Executive.
