Community is a trade union. A trade union is a group of employees coming together to have a strong collective voice on things that concern them at work. This means that you are represented and looked after whilst you are at work. The more members in the union, the stronger the union becomes and the bigger the voice.
There may have been times when you’ve needed help or you’ve needed someone to turn to and with the union you’ll always have someone to turn to even if it’s just to ask a question or get some advice.
