Becoming a workplace rep. gives you the skills to address issues in your workplace. It can also allow you to stand up for colleagues or address health and safety issues.
Ensuring that our members are advised and represented by fellow trained Union Members and professional union officers is crucial to campaigns in your workplace. Community is holding a FREE one day course for members interested in becoming a Union Representative in their workplace.
