Community values the contributions made by our Black and Ethnic members. Community has a long tradition of engaging with and supporting Black and Ethnic employees across the country. Community believes that no one should be discriminated against due to their race, religion of sexuality.
Community practices these values. The National Executive Council reserves a seat to be elected by those members that identify as Black or an ethnic minority.
Community also participates in the TUC Black Workers Conference. Held annually, the TUC Black workers conference is an important forum for the discussion of issues facing Black workers across Britain.
