The Community offices are based in the centre of Kidderminster town within easy reach of the M5, M6 and rail links. Within the building is a highly equipped, self-contained and air-conditioned Boardroom available for hire. Parking for one vehicle is available on site and public parking is available nearby.

The room comfortably holds up to 16 delegates seated around a large oval table with capacity for additional delegates to sit around the outside of the room. The area is completely self-contained with disabled toilet facilities and small kitchenette with refrigerator.
Ideal for your meeting or conference the room is furnished to a high standard with excellent facilities to show laptop/video/DVD presentations on a 42” plasma screen or projector screen, video-conferencing, flipchart and tea & coffee making facilities, all available at an additional cost.

There is a terrace at the rear of building with seating running alongside the river for your delegates to enjoy the fresh air during their breaks, alternatively the town centre is within a two minute walk.
The room is available for hire Monday to Thursday 9.30 am till 4.30 pm and Friday 9.30 am till 3.30 pm. Prices on application.
