Community is Your Union.
Formed on July 1st 2004, Community is one of Britain's newest Trade Unions.
But Community can rely upon union skills learnt in the workplace over generations as Community was formed from a merger of the ISTC and KFAT.
With over a hundred years of history, Community has a proven record in the workplace.
However Community is growing. Outside the workplace, we are developing community unionism in partnership with our members, charities and community groups. These partnerships will allow Community to invest in our members and their families and communities.
Efficient, adaptable and democratic, Community will redefine trade union service for new generations of workers everywhere.
