Director of Region 1 & 2 Heather Meldrum
Heather is the Regional Director for Scotland, Northern Ireland and North East England.
A graduate of the TUC's Organising Academy, Heather knows this union inside and out. In January 2007, Heather was seconded to the project group which examined the union to look for room to improve. This formed the basis for Project Olympus.
"I want to know that the union is working not only in the workplace, but in the community too. I want to make contact with local voluntary organisations and with other groups who share our values so we can work together in real partnership."
Director of Region 3 & 7 Steve Stacey
Steve Stacey is the Regional Director for Yorkshire and Humberside, North West England and North Wales.
Steve is determined to reach out to young people. For many years he has gone to high schools and colleges to tell young people of the benefits of being in a union.
"It's hard work getting them to see past strikes to all the other productive things that unions can do. But young people today are more aware of issues like the environment and they are surprised to see how Community is getting involved there."
Director of Region 4 & 5 Rob Edwards
Rob Edwards is the director of Community in the West Midlands and South Wales and the South West of England.
Director of Region 6 & 8 Christine Hardacre
Christine Hardacre is the new Regional Director for the East Midlands, London and the South East of England.
A ten year veteran of Community, Christine is excited about her new role.
"It's a responsibility I take very seriously. I'll be working with officers and support staff. Union activists will also play a very important part in the union's development."

Campaign Director Ari Margosssian
As Campaign Director, Ari is responsible for managing the union's campaigns as well as supervising the work of campaign managers and campaign administrators.
Ari is an Australian with a wealth of experience from working in the NSW government.
