Community is currently recruiting for positions in Region 3 & 7 and Region 5
Branch Development Officers will be advocates of the union’s vision of empowering and enabling our communities to actively challenge injustice and deliver quality of life for our members. This will be a challenging role in providing organising support to branches identified by the Regional Director in order to develop high membership density ratios, well trained and structured support for our workplace representatives. The BDO will offer mentoring, education and participate in campaigns in order to retain and improve on membership base.
