Many thanks to Mick and Roy well done to us all regards

Great News for All well done

Thank you and well done.

Keep up the good work, let’s keep hold onto forthcoming bonus payments and not loose out on our pensions.

Well done guys, now sort the pension out. I don't want to work shifts until I drop dead in work. Shift workers must be entitled to retire at 50. I want to enjoy my retirement, not die before I retire.

Fantastic work by all well done.

This is a lot of money to a lot of people and Corus must know that this will not be tolerated. This MUST not happen again. Thank you to Community for all your hard work!

Fantastic news. well done

I had doubts that Corus would listen, but I'm pleased to say that I was wrong. Thanks for the help.

FANTASTIC NEWS. Credit to all the hard work, restoring faith from members with good news at such an important time in the year. Moral will tenfold within the company.

GOOD NEWS, CORUS HAVE DONE A LOT OF DAMAGE TO MORAL AND UNDONE 5 YRS OF THE GOOD WORK THAT WAS CREATED BY THE JOURNEY.

Nice one, but we need to fight for the B S P S

Well if our union had not ballot last Christmas to give CORUS our bonus frightening our members of job losses then perhaps CORUS would not have had the idea of keeping OUR Bonus!!

well done the union I think now that some (if not all ) faith has been restored once the l s b is sorted please sort the pensions and other business we cannot be held to ransom by Tata Corus

Well done brothers

We've been in this merry go round for a while now. It will never end till hard lines are taken by the Union and its members. Corus will back track or look to it as a sweetener for changing the bonus scheme based on profits. Profits on the end of year financial report that seem to include taking money of our profits to pay back the debt in purchasing Corus. So we'd never make a profit (look at last years ridiculous -£450m plus on the end of year finances!). Enough is enough now.

Job well done great news

Well done keep up the good work for are pensions

Thank you for making it a merry Christmas if we stick together it shows we have the power

Brilliant news for members at Dalzell and well done our leadership and legal team. This demonstrates the value of being a member of a Trade Union and none more so than the Community Union. We must ensure that this theft from our Pay and Conditions never happens again and the Company is legally and morally accountable in recognising agreements that both parties are duty bound to adhere to. It will be a more celebrated Festive period that our members and their families can enjoy now that this financial hardship is eased so again well done to all who fought this campaign and to all who demonstrated solidarity in backing the Community Union.

Well done guys this is what makes union membership worth taking part. Standing together and making a difference. Thanks for all the effort.

Fantastic news and I really do hope the management in CEP Llanwern do not massage the figures. we are all concerned about the way CEP bonus is calculated and I am hoping the 2 quarters worth of bonus equates to a worth while bonus which is indicative of the hard work that all of the staff at CEP are doing. Maybe someone could follow how it is calculated?

Now lets not loose the pension fight or all will be for nothing keep up the good work thanks

Bring back the jobs back in the cold mill (further process) which we should have not lost in the first place!!!!

Excellent news! Thank You.

Thank you for this, times have been hard but now this is back it will help out a lot. Thank you again

Thank you for not lying down on this one.

Not be for time. Are we getting interest with it too?

AND A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AT CORUS, CHEERS!

Common sense has at last prevailed, the battle is over now to win the WAR ! !

About time the unions earned their money and got what was rightfully ours. As well as safeguarding the bonus for the future you should work on safeguarding the jobs and working weeks we keep losing on the plate mill.

About time, its a sorry state when an employer does that to its most valued asset. I wonder how much damage its caused for the future ahead. If only they had gone about it the right way things might have been different, any trust we had for management has all but gone

Well done to all

What about future bonus payments are Tata at any point going to decide they will not pay it again. I’m afraid all trust with this company has gone

Great job. Thank you

Fantastic!!

Well done all, Now lets get down to the serious business of a just and fair pay rise for all.

Really pleased this issue was taken up by the Community Union with a positive outcome, well done to all those involved. Very disappointed at the wording of the Email from the director of HR saying about an "act of good faith" etc. They tell lies over and over again and expect us to believe.

Well Done!!!! I can at least have a Happy Christmas....Thank You for all the hard work!

Thank God, Losing the bonus really made a difference. We already feel under valued as a employee and Corus was asking us to work even harder for less money with a bigger smile on our faces as well! The bonus being paid in the November pay packet will benefit people for Christmas.

Well done. It demonstrates the importance of belonging to a union. Just the pension to sort out now.......!

a job well done by the union. Thanks

I am delighted that this has been achieved and this has further improved my faith in being a member of the Union and to that end it has achieved justice. My annoyance lies in the fact that non unionised staff continue to benefit from your hard work.

Thank goodness we have a strong leadership of our union, Thank you Michael and Roy

Excellent work, I have continued to support as a member despite the increases in fees (now £22pm). For me, however this raises the issue that we all benefit from the unions efforts but I am aware of some who do not support it financially.

It hasn't for Scunthorpe Rod Mill

Well done were working harder and longer for no extra moneys we deserve every penny.

Great news it took some time but fair play its a privilege to be a member of community and all the hard work has paid of now for the pension thank you to all concerned.

Very disappointed in the Company strategy. At the point that they decided to not pay the Q1 bonus had they not the market intelligence to forecast 6 months and hedge that the situation would improve? Could they not have then at least paid something as a reward for peoples continuing efforts in order to show confidence in them?

As a member I thank you for all your effort at restoring the lump sum bonus, but there is a bigger battle ahead to safeguard the future of the BSPS AND WE SHOULD BE 100% behind you on this.

May I thank Roy and his team for all their work on behalf of the despatch lads at H/pool 20". However this is just the start of what I believe to be a long struggle to maintain 'terms and conditions' without the union we would have been 'shafted'. Thank you.

Very good news, a job well done
